Wilma is a maid for Queen Hatpin.

In "Queen's Maid," after Mum falls Wilma and Wilf have to help with all the jobs around the house. It was fun waiting on Mum and they crowned her Queen. Wilma then sat down and fell asleep, dreaming about Queen Hatpin, who wasn’t very nice to Wilma. Eventually she wakes up and is glad to see her mother.

This 16 page paperback book is full of colourful illustrations and simple, repetitive language, making it engaging and easy to follow for young readers.
